Skin Usage: Massage butter directly into damp skin after shower or anytime to moisturize and/or massage.

Hair Usage: As a hot oil treatment, melt 1/2 teaspoon in a microwave dish for 30 seconds. Apply to damp shampooed hair, process using a plastic cap or steamer/dryer for 20 minutes then style as desired. If using thermal straighteners, apply oil treatment before shampooing hair. Process with plastic cap or steamer for 20 minutes. Shampoo thoroughly, style as desired.
